Fitness Journey Update - Yosuda YB007A Bike Review
/This post is sponsored by Yosuda Bikes, all opinions are my own.
It’s been a long time since I’ve done an update on my fitness journey and let’s just say...not much has changed, sadly…
As most of you know, I got married in March 2021 and I lost 30lbs for the wedding - well I’ve put it all back on and yikes! I’m really disappointed in myself about this but there is nothing more that I can do besides start over.
Yosuda, was so kind to send me over one of their indoor stationary bikes for me to try out. I’m so happy that they did because I am not a huge gym person. I get really nervous and feel like everyone is watching me. Especially being a plus size woman the added pressure is there. This allows me to get a workout in the comfort of my own home and truly focus on myself.
YOSUDA Indoor Stationary Cycling Bike YB007A
The Yosuda Bike is one of the best in its price range ($200-$400) with a 330lb weight limit and sleek style. The bike is easy to put together, especially with the help of another person. I was able to get the bike put up and ready to ride within 20 minutes.
The build is solid, you will not feel like you’re about to fall off or that pieces will be flying during faster rides. Most of all it’s quiet! Even when you increase your intensity it still gives a smooth silent ride.
Benefits of Cycling

Indoor cycling has become very popular over the last 5 years. People are starting to see that starting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is important. Adding cycling is an easy task to do especially when it’s stationary. You can watch the news or your favorite tv show while getting a quick workout in.
Cycling is said to be able to reduce your risk of heart disease by cycling for 20 miles a week. This can easily be achieved within 2-3 rides per week for 30 minutes.
You can also lose or maintain weight loss by adding cycling as a part of your fitness journey in combination with proper diet.
Experience
So far, I’ve only done 2 rides but my goal is to get on my bike 3 times a week starting TODAY! I’ll plan to report back next month to see if I see a difference in my body. I’m so excited to be starting this journey.
