I will admit at first I didn’t think I could do it, years of bad habits are hard to break. So if you’re anything like me you’ll wonder if this will really work and the simple answer is yes BUT are you willing to work? 

I’ve lost 7lbs and I’m excited about that. I know I could have lost more but I allowed cheat days and became a little distracted. In 30 days, you can completely change your life!

I love that they provide you with easy meal plans to get you started. The choices in the book are simply guidelines but it’s plenty to get you started. What I've learned is if you start with the suggestions you’ll want to go out and explore on your own. You’ll begin listening to your body and what it wants and needs.
